Don't even ask where this was going...because I don't know.
Ha, I told you I'd do it, and I actually followed through with something: Gorillaz fanart. Now, there's a lot wrong with this pic, and I don't mean in terms of subject matter. Yes, I made them as kids, and yes, Noodle is not there. Also, Murdoc's skin is too dark, and blah blah blah etc. But I love messin' with 2D's hair, and Russel has a fro. Like in that Gorilla bite.
Message: Kids bring lunches, men bring ciggies.
I'm actually debating sending this in to that Gorillaz contest at the official website, even if it isn't the greatest looking thing I've posted. I mean, what do I have to lose? Its not as if I expect to win anything, but its not as if it isn't something to do and look foreward to. But, naturally, I kind of wanted to run this by you people and see what you had to say. Hate it? Fine, flame me if you're lacking in brain, I don't care. But I WILL retaliate (but not in the offensive manner) unless you actually tell me what's wrong with it. Constructive critisism is always nice and it makes you look halfway intelligent. Like it? Cool, tell me why.
Gorillaz (C) Jamion (sp?) (Or if you want to get all technical, then their respective owners (give me a break, I suck)).
Send this into Search for a Star, seriously. It's sooooo cool. And cute, and well drawn, and SEXY. (Yes, sexy, even though they are children, shut up).
...you should've drawn a little embrionic Noodle floating beside them. XD
awww circus this is the cutest thing. i love the gorillaz you've captured their personalities perfectly well done hun. you drinve me crazy with your talent!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

The photonotes.org Dictionary of Film and Digital Photography is one place to stop and get it all answered. This is quite a valuable resource that explains in depth what a photography term means, and will help those understand who might not know what something is.
